Post-release Support Kit

Our Community Ministers support community friends in their post-incarceration journey. This is a very confusing and tough time to navigate, so our Community Ministers want to help our friends with a relationship and an essentials bag. This includes items such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, socks and underwear, bus tickets and more. Help a friend's reintegration to society be a smooth one.
