The Gem Lake Update You Have Been Waiting For!  

Nestled deep within Nopiming Provincial Park, Gem Lake Wilderness Camp offers inner-city youth a rare opportunity to step away from the noise and pressures of daily life and experience something truly meaningful.  

The journey to camp itself sets the tone, travelling far from the city and into the wilderness creates space for anticipation, reflection, and openness. Even during the challenges of the 2025 wildfire season, when uncertainty surrounded the camp, God’s protection and the faithful prayers and support of the community carried Gem Lake through and preserved this special place for future summers. 

This summer, our Camp continues to flourish despite fire threats last year, and our boat is getting its long-anticipated launch – all thanks to your prayers and support!
