At Inner City Youth Alive (ICYA), we believe in second chances — and in the power of opportunity to change a life. 

Fast Track is our newest 12-week pre-employment training program, designed to support North End youth who are on, or at risk of, Employment and Income Assistance (EIA). Through hands-on training, paid work experience, and wraparound support, Fast Track helps young people move toward long-term employment, financial independence, and community leadership. 

Your gift today helps launch this program with strong momentum — and lets a young person know that someone believes in their future. 

Your Gift Makes It Possible 

Your generosity directly supports a young person’s journey through Fast Track: 

• $18 covers 1 hour in the Fast Track program 

• $90 covers 1 full day 

• $450 covers 1 full week 

• $5,500 supports a participant through the entire 12-week program
