Make a Donation
Our supporters feel confident in knowing that
their money is going to make a difference. All money given to
ICYA through donors, businesses and foundations goes straight
to strengthening our programs and resources to directly benefit
our children. This is because our staff raises their own salaries
and ICYA only starts a project when 80% of the funds are accounted.

Donation Opportunities
Inner City Youth Alive relies heavily on generous donations. We would like to invite you to consider supporting one of the following opportunities.
1. Sponsor a Local Summer Staff
To make our summer programs (Daily Vacation Bible School, Gem Lake Wilderness Camp and summer drop-in, small group activities, and 1-on-1 mentorship) a reality, ICYA hires neighbourhood youth and college students who want to make a difference in the lives of children from the community. Your donations will help these staff raise their support since it is difficult for them to do it on their own.
2. Give to the General Fund
Inner City Youth Alive relies heavily on generous donations from
our partners to make sure our organization is fully operational
for our programs and services.
3. Support Our Staff
Staff support is simply donations made to ICYA from family, friends
and acquaintances of a particular staff member, which enables
ICYA to take care of the financial needs of our workers.
4. Meals for Kids
Healthy eating builds healthy bodies. It affects a child's intellectual
development NOW and for the FUTURE. A typical meal for our kids
in the inner city is a bag of chips and a pop. Are these the ingredients
for a successful future?
"For I was hungry and you gave me something
to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink."
(Matthew 25:35)
Help to feed and give hope to our youth by donating:
$23.60 to support 10 meals
$47.20 to support 20 meals
$118 to support 50 meals
$236.00 to support 100 meals
5. Send an Inner City Kid to Camp
Our kids go to camp to get fed, to be safe and to be loved. For
only $200, you can take a kid at risk off the streets for a week
and change their lives forever. Your support covers - food, lodging,
and supplies. Gem Lake Camp is located in Nopiming Provincial
Park, serving as an extenstion to ICYA's other programs.
